1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FightYourCaseNow.com ("the Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.

2. Educational Purpose — Not Legal Advice

FightYourCaseNow.com provides educational content, AI-powered tools, and informational resources for criminal defendants and their families. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal advice. We are not a law firm. No attorney-client relationship is created by using this Site.

The AI tools, document analysis, calculators, and other features are for educational and informational purposes only. Always consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction for legal advice regarding your specific case.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Membership and Billing

FightYourCaseNow offers one paid plan: Membership, a recurring subscription that costs $24.99 per month (USD, plus any applicable taxes). Membership begins when Stripe confirms your first payment and renews automatically each month, charging the payment method on file, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You can cancel at any time from Profile → Manage billing or by emailing support@fightyourcasenow.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Membership access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. If a renewal payment fails, Membership features may be paused until payment succeeds.

Membership provides document and discovery upload and analysis, analysis of new case developments, Memorandum updates, clean (unwatermarked) exports, and unlimited American Institute for Human Development course certificates. If Membership ends, your account, uploaded materials, completed Memoranda and earned certificates remain saved and free features keep working; member-only features pause until you rejoin. Access purchased before Membership launched under the former 90-day plan remains active through its original end date. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by FightYourCaseNow.

5. Document Uploads and Data

When you upload documents for AI analysis, those documents are processed by our AI system. You retain all rights to your uploaded documents. We do not share your documents with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., AI processing). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any document you submit.

6. American Institute for Human Development Certified Programs

American Institute for Human Development Certified Programs are provided for educational and mitigation purposes. Certificates are awarded upon passing the required assessment. We make no guarantees regarding the acceptance or recognition of certificates by any court, judge, prosecutor, or other legal authority.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this Site to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Site's security
• Resell or redistribute content without written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy Site content

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FightYourCaseNow.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or its tools. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes.
