FightYourCaseNow.com was born from necessity. It is the platform we wish existed when we were facing the machinery of the criminal justice system alone.

The Origin Story

When founder Joseph Sweeney faced the criminal justice system, he quickly realized a terrifying truth: the system is not designed to find the truth, it is designed to process convictions efficiently. Defendants are expected to be passive participants in their own destruction.

Public defenders are overwhelmingly overworked. Private attorneys are prohibitively expensive. The law is written in a language designed to exclude the very people it governs.

Joseph refused to be a passive participant. He spent thousands of hours in the law library, reading case law, studying procedures, and learning how to fight back. He realized that when a defendant understands the rules of engagement, the entire dynamic shifts. The prosecution can no longer rely on intimidation and confusion.

Our mission is simple: to democratize legal defense strategy. We believe that every defendant deserves to understand the charges against them, the evidence presented, and the procedural rules that govern their fate.
